Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2011 weekend meeting held on the 26th and 27th of March in New Plymouth.
The conference venue, in the heart of New Plymouth, was built in 1883 and rebuilt in 1925 after a fire. The Opera House as it was known was refurbished by the TSB Bank in 1999 as a modern multi-use venue retaining many features from the past.
The theme for this year's meeting is GI surgery in the provinces. The scientific program is designed to appeal to a wide audience with invited speakers from the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
The program will run longer on Saturday to allow for a fuller programme.
The conference Dinner will be held at the Okurukuru vineyard, noted not for its wine, but stunning location overlooking the Tasman sea.
